Roy Lichtenstein
I have chosen Roy Lichtenstein as an artist for my film project as he has created many art pieces inspired by cars which links to my project through the use of Helvetica on the number plates.
Justin Van Genderen
I have chosen Justin Van Genderen as my second critical link as I am influenced by the work he does with buildings. His buildings are often kept in the distance in his work creating depth which I wish to include within my film project.
David Carson
The third critical link I have chosen is David Carson as I am influenced by his typography work and the use of Helvetica which he includes in all of his work. I really enjoyed recreating some of his work in my posters in the typography project and choose to include his work in my film project.
